Mr. Nick Dazang, the INEC Director of Voter Training and Publicity Division (VEP), said this on Tuesday, at a workshop for the division on the “Assessment of Nationwide Voter Training Handbook” held in Keffi, Nasarawa State.
Dazang, talking with journalists on the sideline of the workshop, disclosed that INEC started the method for digital voting since 2004 when it launched optic map registration varieties.
Dazang stated, “After that in 2010, the fee launched the usage of direct knowledge seize machines, after which expanded the usage of the machines within the conduct of the 2011 election.
