595 new COVID-19 instances, 9 deaths confirmed in Nigeria

The Nigerian Centre for Illness Management, NCDC, on Thursday confirmed 595 new COVID-19 instances and 9 deaths within the nation.

With the figures, Nigeria’s COVID-19 caseload stands at 34,854, with 769 deaths and 14,292 recoveries.

In accordance with the NCDC, the brand new instances have been confirmed in 24 states of the federation, with Lagos taking the lead as common with 156 recent infections, however decrease than the 230 instances it recorded on Wednesday.

Different States that recorded excessive figures are: Ondo (95), Rivers (53), Abia (43), Oyo (38), Enugu (29), Edo (24), FCT(23), and Kaduna (20).
