Boko Haram terrorists calls for N20m ransom from 75-year-old visually impaired displaced man to launch kidnapped daughter, niece

Boko Haram terrorists have requested a 75-year-old visually impaired man dwelling in an internally displaced individuals camp in Borno State to pay N20m as ransom for his kidnapped daughter and niece.

Jato Ndarfa, who fled from Gwoza in 2014 after Boko Haram terrorists invaded his village, killing greater than 100 individuals and is now taking refuge on the CAN Middle IDP Camp in Maiduguri, requested the Nigerian Authorities to intervene and make sure the launch of members of his household.

He mentioned the terrorists made contact by his niece’s cellphone.

Ndarfa mentioned his daughter is Lami Jato, a 25-year-old graduate of Sir Kashim Ibrahim Faculty of Schooling, and his niece is Renita Bitrus.

Each have been kidnapped by the terrorists whereas on a farm at Tungushe Village within the Magumeri Native Authorities Space of Borno State.

He mentioned, “It was two of them; my daughter, Lami Jato and my niece, Renita Bitrus, who’s married with two kids; that have been kidnapped by the Boko Haram terrorists.

“It’s 15 days now since they have been kidnapped once they went to the farm in Tungushe alongside the Maiduguri-Monguno Street.

“Initially, they have been seven in quantity on the farm the place they have been kidnapped however the terrorists later launched 4 of the lads and held one male, the tractor driver, and the 2 ladies.”
