President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday met with the brand new service chiefs on the Presidential Villa.
The assembly which was held behind closed doorways on Wednesday.
The Information Company of Nigeria (NAN) stories that the service chiefs, who had been appointed on Tuesday, arrived on the villa of their outdated official automobiles at about 4.00p.m.
NAN gathered that the brand new service chiefs – Maj.-Gen. Fortunate Irabor, Chief of Defence Workers; Maj.-Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru, Chief of Military Workers; Rear Adm. Awwal Zubairu Gambo, Chief of Naval Workers and AVM Isiaka Amao, Chief of Air Workers – could also be adorned with their ranks by the president on the assembly.
The service chiefs changed former Chief of Defence Workers, Gen. Abayomi Olonisakin; former Chief of Military Workers, Lt-Gen. Tukur Buratai; former Chief of Naval Workers, Vice Admiral Ibok Ekwe Ibas and former Chief of Air Workers, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar.
