End SARS, SWAT: Protesters take over Ibadan roads [PHOTOS]

Tons of of youths, on Thursday, took over main streets of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, demanding for the entire scrapping of the Particular Anti-Theft Squad (SARS) and the Particular Weapons and Techniques Crew (SWAT).

DAILY POST correspondent experiences that the protest began round 9 am on the Trans Amusement park in Ibadan.

The protesters later moved from there to different areas of the State capital.

Among the many areas taken over by the protesters are Mokola, Sango, Secretariat Street and Bodija.

The protesters demanded an finish to the 2 particular police groups.

One of many protesters, Mr. Azeez Kareem-Ojo instructed DAILY POST that the motion was peaceable.

Kareem-Ojo added that the protests throughout the nation had been for the federal government to know the plight of the plenty.
