A 30-year-old spouse was allegedly shot and killed by her 33-year-old husband within the early hours of Monday morning.
The incident occurred in Birch Acres, Kempton Park.
The husband mentioned he shot his spouse as a result of he thought she was an intruder.
Nonetheless, the person was arrested and appeared in court docket on Wednesday.
