The Niger State Authorities has distributed COVID-19 palliatives to a complete of 47, 611 beneficiaries drawn from the 274 wards throughout the 25 Native Governments of the state.
The state Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, who acknowledged this through the flag-off ceremony in Minna, mentioned the CACOVID gadgets got out to beneficiaries to cushion the impact of the COVID-19.
Talking by way of the Secretary to the State Authorities SSG, Alhaji Ahmed Ibrahim Matane, Bello revealed that the gadgets distributed embrace 47,611 of semovita, pastes, 5kg of sugar, 11kg of salt, 10kg of rice and 95,222 packs of Noodles for the 47,611 benefitting households within the state.
