Ayodele Fayose, former Governor of Ekiti State, has reacted to Boko Haram terrorists’ overrun of a army base in Marte city, Borno State.
Fayose mentioned the assault was a sign that President Muhammadu Buhari lacked the capability to rule Nigeria.
Recall that Nigerian troops had on Friday put up a combat as Boko Haram and Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP) fighters captured the army base in Marte city, Borno State.
However the troops, it was gathered, “tactically withdrew” for reinforcement.
Nonetheless, Fayose in a collection of tweets wrote: “Lower than 4 days after President Buhari gleefully informed Nigerians that the safety scenario within the North-East below him is best than what it was once, Terrorists attacked and captured a Army Base in Borno State! An entire Army Base captured by terrorists.
“Now Nigerians can respect why I insisted in 2015 that Buhari lacked the wanted capability to rule Nigeria. “As for Nigerians, we’re all on our personal ready for God’s deliverance from these taskmasters.”
