THE Federal Authorities has ordered the evaluation of courier and logistics providers for the Nigeria Postal Service (NIPOST) to allow the company function extra effectively and productively.
Minister of Communications and Digital Economic system, Dr Isa Ibrahim Pantami, who authorized the evaluation, mentioned it was according to President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration’s coverage on ease of doing enterprise.
In a press release in Abuja, NIPOST’S Normal Supervisor for Company Affairs, Franklin Alao, mentioned the evaluation, tagged: “New Tips Courier and Logistics Operations 2020,” was according to Part 62 of NIPOST Act Cap. N 127, LFN 2004.
Alao mentioned the rules would substitute former rules, which had been in existence since 2001.
