Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State, on Tuesday, promised that his administration will proceed to create an enabling surroundings for the operation of personal universities and all establishments of studying within the State.

Ikpeazu made this recognized whereas receiving a delegation of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria in Abia State.
