Lagos: Police react to report of suspects allegedly escaping from SARS cell

The Lagos State Command has commented on speculations of a jail break within the state.

Rumors had it that some suspects escaped from the disbanded Particular Anti-Theft Squad (SARS) cell on the Command Headquarters in Ikeja.

Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, in a press release on Thursday, mentioned the data was unfounded, mischievous and baseless.
