Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, says he’s saddened over the dying of the ex- Lagos Army Administrator, Rear Admiral Ndubuisi Kanu, Rtd.
Governor Ikpeazu described the dying of Kanu as an enormous loss to the folks of Abia State and Nigeria as a complete.
