The Ogun State Home of Meeting, on Tuesday, handed the 2021 appropriation invoice into legislation.
That is coming barely a month after the invoice was offered to the meeting by Governor Dapo Abiodun.
DAILY POST reported that Abiodun offered a funds of N339billion to the lawmakers on December 2.
On Tuesday, the lawmakers handed the 2021 appropriation invoice with slight changes within the recurrent and capital expenditures estimates.
It was learnt that the changes affected about 74 businesses, together with the capital receipt.
The invoice, it was gathered, was handed unanimously following the presentation of the report of the Home Committee on Finance and Appropriation by the chairman, Kunle Sobunkanla.
A movement for adoption moved by Sobunkanla, was seconded by the Minority Chief, Ganiyu Oyedeji and supported by the entire Home by means of a voice vote.
The 2021 appropriation invoice was thereafter learn and adopted clause-by-clause earlier than the members by the Speaker, Olakunle Oluomo throughout plenary on the Meeting Complicated, Abeokuta.
With the changes, a sum of N146.529bn is earmarked for recurrent expenditure, N20.182bn for Consolidated Income Fund Prices (CRFC) whereas N171.898bn was allotted for capital expenditure within the 12 months 2021.
The Majority Chief, Hon. Yusuf Sheriff, had moved a movement for the third studying of the invoice. This was seconded by Hon. Oyedeji and supported by the entire Home, whereas the Clerk,, Mr. Deji Adeyemo did the third studying of the invoice earlier than the members.
In the meantime, the Speaker has directed that the clear copy of the invoice be despatched to Governor Abiodun for his assent.
