Police blame Katsina explosion on navy grenade

Police in Katsina State have launched an investigation into the explosion which killed 5 kids and injured six others on a farm in Malumfashi city on Saturday. An announcement launched by the command’s spokesman Gambo Isah mentioned a preliminary investigation indicated that the explosion was from an uncovered navy grenade.

It was earlier thought that the explosive gadget was arrange by bandits. The police assertion mentioned the 5 kids of 1 man had been twiddling with the gadget when it exploded. Isah mentioned that investigation was ongoing.
