SARS has been disbanded, no need to continue the protest- Senate President, Lawan

The president of the Nigerian Senate has appealed to Nigerian youths to cease the endSARS protest because the controversial Police unit has been disbanded.

Talking throughout plenary on Tuesday morning October 13, Lawan mentioned

The Senate President mentioned this following a movement by Buhari Abdulfatai, the Senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District. The Senate President condemned the conduct of the SARS operatives stating that it was proper for the folks to protest.
