Tinubu mourns Sen. Jubril Martins-Kuye

Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Nationwide chief of the All Progressives Get together (APC), has commiserated with the household, pals, relations and associates of the late former Minister of State for Finance, Sen. Jubril Martins-Kuye.

Tinubu, in a condolence message by his Media Aide, Mr Tunde Rahman, on Monday in Lagos, described Martins-Kuye, as “an astute politician and a terrific patriot”.

Based on him, Martins-Kuye was a patriotic chief, an elder statesman and consummate skilled.

“We had been senators collectively in 1992. These had been tough days for the legislative department in Nigeria, however Sen. Martins-Kuye stood out amongst his friends.

“I can testify to his imaginative and prescient, prudence, and dedication to the unity and improvement of this nation.

“He supplied management and demonstrated a transparent understanding of the working of the parliament.

“As a frontrunner, the late Martins-Kuye was revered and adored by the overwhelming majority of his individuals.

“Such was the immense respect he commanded throughout Yorubaland and in his Ogun home-state that he was fondly addressed because the ‘Main Chief.
